Forget Me Not Flowers Returns and Refunds Policy
At Forget Me Not Flowers our aim is to provide beautiful fresh flowers and the best customer service we can.
1. If any client claims their flowers have not been delivered, we ask to be notified immediately, within 24 hours of the delivery date and we ask for 24 hours notice to investigate what has happened and attempt a redelivery.
2. If your flower order is executed and delivered and there is question about the quality or quantity of the flowers, the sender should contact Forget Me Not Flowers within 24 hours of the delivery date. Please remember flowers are perishable. It is the responsibility of the recipient to keep the flowers topped up with water and placed out of the sun, away from heaters.
3. No refund or replacement will be made if Forget Me Not Flowers is notified of any concerns more than 48 hours after the delivery date.
4. If a replacement is made, the original flowers, any containers, embellishments and papers will need to be returned to Forget Me Not Flowers prior to a re-delivery being made.
5. Should you need to cancel your order, this must be done prior to the delivery of the order. If a cancellation request is received after the order has been executed and delivered no refund can be given.
6. Forget Me Not Flowers is not responsible for any order that is rejected or not accepted by the recipient. Forget Me Not Flowers will not issue a refund if the recipient for what ever reason refuses the delivery.
Forget Me Not Flowers Substitution Policy
1. Forget Me Not Flowers will always attempt to fulfil your order as close to the image pictured online. Due to seasonal availability sometimes flower and foliage varieties and some containers are out of season or unavailable.
If this occurs, Forget Me Not Flowers reserves the right to substitute without notice, while still maintaining the order value and a similar overall look and feel of the flower design.
