Forget Me Not Flowers Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Charges : Prices listed do not include delivery charges, these are added at the checkout page of Forget Me Not Flowers website.

2. We can deliver within Palmerston North-Manwatu region, including Palmerston North, Ashhurst, Bunnythorpe, Bulls, Foxton, Sanson, Shannon.

3.For deliveries outside of this area including national and international delivery requests, please contact us directly via phone or come and visit us instore so we can assist you using the Interflora network.

4. Same day deliveries are available if you place your order before 2.30pm Monday-Friday for deliveries in the Palmerston North 50k Zone. For deliveries outside Palmerston North the delivery cut off is 1pm.
5. Goods will not be delivered until payment is made in full.

6. Failure to provide a phone number for the recipient could cause delay or non delivery of your flower order

7. Delivery is deemed to be complete when the goods have been delivered to the address specified by the customer.

8. Deliveries are made from 9am throughout the day until 6pm on weekdays and on Saturdays from 10am-5pm.

9. Forget Me Not Flowers reserves the right to reject any order.

10. If the delivery date requested falls on a Sunday, Public Holiday, After Delivery cut of time, we will deliver on the next available courier on the soonest working day.

11. We are closed on Public holidays and on Sundays for deliveries, except for Mothering Sunday in May and Valentines day in February, when it falls on a Sunday.

12. In the event of a wrong address being supplied we will attempt to contact the recipient to confirm their correct address. A re-delivery charge may incur.

13. All our bouquets are wet wrapped for traveling when they leave out store.

14. If the recipient is not home when delivery is made, the flowers will be left at the address supplied, if it is safe to do so. If the courier cannot access the property due to un-monitored electric gates, Dogs present or they feel it is not safe to leave the flowers, we may contact the recipeint to arrange re-delivery.

15. By purchasing and ordering off our website you agree to our delivery policy, our refund policy and our substitution policy.
